Returns and Refunds
All sales are final with the exceptions of damaged or defective products. If you receive your product and find a defect, you can ask for a new copy of the same product again, at no cost. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours. Kmoe Design Co. does not accept returns or refunds on personalized items.
Claims for missing items must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
To request an exchange for a damaged product, simply go to kmoedesignco.com and click on the contact page. Fill out the name and email section and in the message, explain you had an issue with the product you purchased.
